Ecohousing Art, artworks and projects to live spaces 1st Edition of the National Competition IMMOBILIARE Award 2010 Reserved to junior and senior Artists, Designers, Architects Engineers.

With the 1st Edition of “Ecohousing Art -IMMOBILIARE Award 2010”, House Company put at stake the protagonists’ creative process, by sharing and estimating their artworks and projects “in itinere” by Internet users. 
Competition’s purpose is to promote new ideas and new excellences to relate them to the economic and cultural Living Industry’s market.
Participants: junior and senior Artists, Designers, Architects Engineers.
Sections: Art, Design, Architecture Engineering.
Topic: the Competition of Eco-constructive ideas wants to recall mental energies, soul’s suggestions, specific skills in order to create artwork and projects able to promote and restore the Ecosystem in its equilibrium Human Being – House – Habitat. Echo-Co-Housing = Ecological – Housing – Integration, conceived as a real net of indissoluble balances which conjugate sustainable development, integration between natural and built-up habitat, human physical-psychical wellness, with the “co-housing”: world is human being’s house and the world finds house in human beings. In the site you may find topic declinations to develop artwork and projects.
Duration: from 7th November 2009 to 30th September 2010
Deadline registration: 31st April 2010
First day Work in Progress: 15th February 2010

Popular Jury – Expert Jury:  voting system is really fresh: House Company’s challenge is to put at stake the on line protagonists’ creative process
by Internet users – Popular Jury – and Expert Jury, composed by authorities, vips, opinion leaders of Art, Architecture, Design and Real Estate, 
and to let them share, estimate and vote creativity “in itinere” within 3 phases: work in progress, award in progress, art show in progress.
Catalogues: artists, designers, architects and engineers’ Ecohousing “visions”. House Company will publish and place one catalogue for each Section (372 artworks and projects) in an exclusive and numbered slipcase (limited print run – 30,000 copies) matched to Immobiliare 2010, Living Industry’s Guide.
Exhibition: 252 Eco-constructive ideas in a prestigious public location of Milan 
(“Palazzo Reale” or “Triennale” or “Rotonda della Besana”  or “Palazzo delle Stelline” or “Fair of Milan”) in October November 2010.
Prizes: House Company and Competition partners (sponsor) raffle off a total jackpot
of  € 30,000 to share between the winners of each Section (Art, Design, Architecture Engineering) and Category: junior and senior.
A further Prize “Living Industry” will be giving by Experts’Jury, House Company and sponsors.
Special events: the best artworks and projects (all sections and categories) will be invited to further events to attract prospective developers and art collectors and dealers.
Purpose: we focus on the vision of the natural and built-up habitat as engine to empower new green economy. An industrial revolution based on clean technologies, energetic efficiency and sustainable resources, row material and energy saving. As net of indissoluble equilibriums between nature and urbanization by a sustainable development, habitat challenge is a great opportunity for Italy and its economy. We should be far-seeing and visionary to suggest the way for the future: there is no other chance except a quality development. The green economy is essential to give Italy a new, strong and long-lasting development. Italy gives the best when it mixes culture and business, natural and built-up habitat, innovation and tradition, technical skills and art, handmade and design.
Aim of the Competition: Customs duties and low salaries won’t empower our export trades. Only improving talents and resource we can play a strategic role in the international market thanks to high quality “Made in Italy” goods and services. It is necessary to increase technological research and innovation to restructure industry. We have to create the best precondition to artists, designers, architects, engineers letting them invest in their creativity and talent in order to be captured from market. That’s why House Company will work to catch the attention of traders, investors, dealers, collectors, potential purchasers of Ecohousing artworks and projects.
